<p>PURPOSE:To perform work of connecting plural pipes to each other in a shape of an elbow or a tee effectively, eliminate troubles of water leak, and eliminate usage of thinner solvent so as to eliminate problems with relation to health of workers or risks of ignition. CONSTITUTION:Corrugated pipes of resin of polyethylene or polypropylene are placed with their end surfaces in contact with each other, and powder of same quality resin as the pipes, air, and combustion gas are jetted from a thermal spray nozzle 2 at a forward end of a thermal spray gun 1 toward an applied part, so surfaces of the pipes close to the applied pipes are softened by combustion flames of the combustion gas along the whole circumference of the applied part, while the jetted resin powder is fused for connecting the resin pipes to each other.</p> |
