PURPOSE:To provide a thermal recording material having excellent cutting characteristics not generating such a defect that the thermal recording material is hard to cut, a cut surface becomes non-uniform and the recording material is wrinkled when it is cut after printed by a printer. CONSTITUTION:A thermal recording material is constituted of a support composed of a synthetic resin film whose tear strength measured according to JIS P8116 is lowered to 15 or less by the irradiation with an electron beam and the thermal recording layer formed on the single surface of the support and containing a color former and a developer. |
