PURPOSE:To improve a display method in the KANA (Japanese syllabary) to KANJI (Chinese character) conversion so that a target KANJI can be obtained simply. CONSTITUTION:An input means 2 contains a display designating means 2a by which in the case inputted data is a character-string for converting a KANA (Japanese syllabary) to KANJI (Chinese character), it is delivered to a KANA to KANJI converting means 3 and delivered to a display means 4 by obtaining a conversion candidate and designating an emphatic part, and a display change designating means 2b for delivering control data for executing emphasis or scroll of the conversion candidate by a prescribed reference to the display means 4, in the case the inputted data is a display command of a different conversion candidate, and the display means 4 contains an emphasizing means 4a for adding an emphatic mark to the conversion candidate, based on the designation or the control data from the input means 2. In such a way, a user comes not to repeat detailedly one by one an instruction input, and also, an easili visible display is obtained. |
