PURPOSE:To remarkably improve deburring performance by reciprocating a work along brushes by means of a moving device, and rotating the deburring brushes in the direction against the moving direction of the work so as to remove burr of the work. CONSTITUTION:A work 25 is floatingly movably held with the chuck 22 of the floating hand of a holding device, and deburring brushes 5, 6, 7 are contacted with the face required to remove the burr of the work. Under this condition, the work 25 is reciprocated along the deburring brushes 5, 6, 7 by means of a moving device, and the deburring brushes 5, 6, 7 are rotated in the direction against the moving direction of the work 25. Repeating bending stress in different directions are applied on the burr so as to simply break and remove the burr. |
