PURPOSE:To provide a touch-down bearing for a magnetic bearing device, having high durability against numerous touch-down times. CONSTITUTION:Bearing constituting parts such as an inner race 1, an outer race 2, a ball 3 and a retainer 4 are constituted of SUS440C or the like. Numerous fine recesses 6 are formed at the inner diameter surface and width surface of the inner race 1, which is brought into contact with a rotary shaft 11 at the time of touch-down, and a solid lubricating film 5 is formed on the recesses 6. |
