PURPOSE:To make the copy of a desired density by means of an automatic exposure without resetting a manual exposure each time, in a copying device having an automatic exposure and the manual exposure. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in the selection of the automatic exposure, when a key for automatically exposing is continuously operated for a prescribed time or more, an automatic exposure setting value changing routine is executed. In the automatic exposure setting value changing routine, first, a setting value at the time of manually exposing, just before the automatic exposure setting value changing routine, is judged. When the setting value is not a center value, setting value at the time of automatically exposing is changed according to a deviation from the center value. |
