<p>PURPOSE: To enable the safe preparation of beverages even with an aerating apparatus using plastic containers by detecting the irregularities of the shapes and/or sizes of the containers and releasing pressure to prevent the pressurization of the containers. CONSTITUTION: When a container 13 is fixed to a head, the container 13 is turned backward around a hinge 12 as a fulcrum by its own weight and is brought to a position where the container comes into contact with a surface 14. This surface is determined as a reference plane. A pressure relief valve holder 57 and a safety valve holder 58 are mounted at the upper aeration head of the aerating head device 11. If the container 13 is buckled or disengaged from its contour by pressurization, the contact points with a plunger 64 and cams 69, 77 move as well and a valve seat 66 is displaced. The pressure is then released without being pressurized. When the safety device 58 attains the predetermined threshold pressure, a spring 74 is pressed and a valve ball 73 is displaced from the valve seat and the pressure is relieved. The explosion of the container and the destruction of the device may thus be prevented.</p> |
