<p>PURPOSE:To quicken a reading speed when data inverting the level of storage data is written in a memory and read it immediately. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an address latch circuit 8 latching an input address signal AD at a write operating time and a high speed flip-flop circuit 10 holding write data DTw. This device is provided with a coincidence detection circuit 9 outputting immediately the data held by the high speed flip- flop circuit 10 when the input address signal AD coincides with an address signal latched by the address latch circuit 8 after entering a reading operation succeedingly and a selection circuit 11.</p> |
