PURPOSE:To control a filter output value corresponding to the vicinity of the peripheral edge of an image so as not to be a random value by means of a simple additional circuit by outputting unprocessed picture element(PE) data when a PE part deviated from a two-dimensional image is included in a filter area. CONSTITUTION:A controller 200 controls a multiplexer 65 so that a signal inputted from an input terminal 65b of the multiplexer 65 is outputted from the multiplexer 65 when a PE part deviated from a two-dimensional image is included in a filter area, and when only PEs constituting the two-dimensional image are included in the filter area, the signal inputted from the input terminal 65a is outputted from the multiplexer 65. Since the unprocessed PE data of a center PE at the timing of including a PE part deviated from the two-dimensional image in the filter area are outputted, the output of a random value can be prevented. |
