The invention relates to methods far obtaining composite sorbents based on hexacyanoferrate of transition metals and organic solvents, as well as to the composite sorbents obtained by the said method and characterized by a high degree of extraction of radionuclides of caesium (up to 98.9 %), strontium (up to 86.5 %), thallium (up to 96.7 %), as well as a low solubility in water amounting to less than 0.01 %. The composite sorbents obtained by the said method give good results in clearing from radionuclides the potable water introduced to nutrition ration of animals fed with radioactively polluted forage, as a result of which the caesium radionuclide content in muscular tissues of the animals is reduced by 10-12-fold and in the milk by 10-20-fold, as well as for purification of trap waters of nuclear power plants. |
