MOLDED EDGE LIGHT PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide the molded edge light panel which substitutes for an edge light panel for screen printing with superior brightness and uniformity and solves problem points accompanying printing and its manufacture. CONSTITUTION:A molded edge light panel A is formed by reproducing and arranging a fine projection dot pattern C as a dot pattern which enables screen printing on a substrate by resin simultaneous integral molding so that respective dots are extremely small projection dots 10 which are <=30mum high. A mold is obtained by engraving the dot pattern C by photoetching, etc. The molded edge light panel A has enough brightness and uniformity to reproduce an edge light panel by screen printing.
