PURPOSE:To prevent the contacting of glass plates facing each other. CONSTITUTION:In a paired glass plate consisting of two glass plates 11 and 12, the glass plates 11 and 12 whose end portions are attached with a spacer 13 by a synthetic resin adhesive are bonded to each other by forming an aperture 14 between the glass plates 11 and 12 facing each other to form an air layer. In the aperture 14, a supporter 15 to connect the glass plates 11 and 12 is provided at the central part of the plates 11 and 12 in such a way as to keep an aperture constant by the supporter provided between the glass plates 11 and 12 to prevent the sagging of the central part of the glass plates. Since the aperture between the glass plates facing each other can be made smaller even when using large-size glass plates, the cost can be reduced due to no need for using large-size sash. |
