PURPOSE:To prepare the so-called non-washing rice cookable simply by adding water without washing before cooking and having excellent preservability. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus is composed of a pressure-stirring means 100 for stirring polished rice together with water, a rinsing and dehydration means 200 for applying rinsing water while dehydrating the polished rice by centrifugal dehydration and an evaporation means 300 for scattering the polished rice on a net and drying by air flow. |
