PURPOSE:To improve operability by operating and correcting the deviation between the data, which are fed back from an object to be controlled, and the zero value or the value of a span, which was stored beforehand at the time of shipment, and automatically executing zero/span adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A constant voltage circuit CVR generates the circuit power source by using current signal. The voltage signal corresponding to the current signal is generated in a switch element SW1. The switch element SW1 and a constant current circuit CC are connected in series and form a short-circuit SC1. The voltage signal and the feed-back signal, which is fed back from the object to be controlled, are inputted into an operation amplifier A1. Operation is performed so that these signals agree with each other. The control signal is outputted to the object to be controlled. When the current signal corresponding to a span is inputted, the switch element SW1 is turned on/off. The deviation between the data, which are fed back from the object to be controlled in response to the inputted voltage signal, and the zero value or the value of the span, which was stored beforehand at the shipping time, is operated. The correcting operation for correcting these values are executed. |
