<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method and an apparatus, with which even a brittle material can be formed by locally and largely deforming, and an apparatus therefor. CONSTITUTION: During forming, the tension is acted to the material, such as joggle joining. Even in the case of pressing the material portion to be formed, the brittle breakage is avoided, because in this apparatus, a die 10, an anvil 12 which is slidingly inserted into the die and elastically pre-pressed upward with a compressive spring 26, and a punch 30 which is arranged in a line with the anvil and can push the anvil into the die, are provided.</p> |
