<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise caused from insulation covered electric wires and so on when a lamp is started or while the lamp is traveling and prevent the noise from leaking from the insulation covered wires and so on caused by dislocation of an electrostatic shield due to vibration and so on applied to the lamp while it is being used. CONSTITUTION:An external lead wire 10 and an electric power supply wire 12 connected respectively to electrodes and insulation covered conductors 13 and 14 are provided inside of a base 4 supporting a light emission tube, in which a pair of electrodes are sealed up on both ends, on one edge side, and inside of the base 4, the external lead wire 10 is connected to the insulation covered electric wire 14 and the electric power supply wire 12 is connected to the insulation covered conductor 13, respectively. An electrically conductive cover 16 is fixed to the base 4 so as to cover the outer peripheral surface in a part where at least these insulation covered wires are positioned, and an electrostatic shield 17 is connected to one end part of this cover 16, so that the insulation covered wires 13 and 14 can be covered with the electrostatic shield 17.</p> |
