PURPOSE:To prevent a lack of commodities in stock without missing an opportunity of order acceptance and to reduce the excess commodities in stock by not reserving commodities from the stock for order acceptance at the time when the period to the time limit of delivery of commodities for which an order is accepted is longer than the period required for commodity acquisition. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of a discriminating means 6 which compares the period required for acquisition with the period to the time limit of delivery at the time of input of commodity order acceptance information and reserves commodities from the stock to prepare for acquisition of new commodities in the case of the former longer than the latter but reserves commodities at the time of the former period before the time limit of delivery in the case of the former shorter than the latter, an arithmetic means 7 which leads the conclusion of this discriminating means, a file part 9 where portions of plural days of stock data, stocking days, stock reservation quantity, etc., of commodities required for operation of these means are stored, and a setting par 10 which sets a schedule of this system. |
