PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic circuit structure which is preferable when used in the driving power distribution to the right and the left wheels of a vehicle of 4-wheel driven type or the like, and make an arrangement so that neither of the right and the left torque transmission mechanism may be locked in the breakdown without simultaneous engagement of both the right and the left hydraulic torque transmission mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A driving power transmission control mechanism consists of a hydraulic torque transmission mechanism for the right and the left wheels and a hydraulic circuit, and the hydraulic circuit consists of a hydraulic pressure adjusting part 74, hydraulic pressure input parts 20D provided to the right and the left hydraulic clutch mechanism and a switching valve 110 interposed in the oil passage from the hydraulic pressure adjusting part 74 to the respective hydraulic pressure input parts 20D. The switching valve 110 consists of a 3-mode switching valve which employs either of two opening modes to supply the hydarulic pressure to either side of the right and the left hydraulic pressure input parts 20D and the closing mode to supply no hydraulic pressure to any hydraulic pressure input part, and setting is made so as to employ the closing mode in the neutral position.
