PURPOSE:To prevent fall of suction rate of parts or shock against parts while increasing the speed of sucking take-out operation by detecting actual height of the sucked face of a part on a parts feed part, and sucking and mounting the part based on the detection. CONSTITUTION:Prescribed parts are sucked in order from a horizontally movable parts feed part 1 to a mounting head 2, and mounted objects to be mounted placed on a horizontally movable table 3. In this case, the height of the sucked face of a part on the parts feed part 1 is measured. Even when there is dispersion in the height of a parts feed device or there is dispersion in the height between the multi-divided parts feed parts 1, fall of suction rate or shock against parts can be prevented while shortening the suction stroke of a part and increasing the speed of sucking take-out operation and hence parts mounting of high speed and reliability can be realized. |
