PURPOSE:To bond two members having small holes without causing the clogging, etc., of the holes. CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive sheet has escape holes 2... having diameter slightly larger than the diameter of nozzle hole at positions corresponding to the positions of the nozzle holes. Deformation-preventing holes 3 are opened at both sides of the escape holes 2 interposing small gaps 3d therebetween. When a nozzle plate is bonded to a substrate using the adhesive sheet 1, the expansion of the adhesive sheet 1 in the direction of plane caused by the hot- pressing is absorbed by the deformation-preventing holes 3 to suppress the intrusion of the inner edge of the escape hole 2 into the nozzle hole. |
