<p>PURPOSE:To keep a moisture content amount of a feed paper sheet at a constantly proper value without a difference in a moisture content amount of the feed paper sheet after being heated and dried according to a temperature/humidity state before its use and to prevent the occurrence of defective transfer and a jam. CONSTITUTION:Rod-form heaters 35 are inserted into respective register rollers 22 by which a feed paper sheet S is fed to the position of a photo-sensitive substance 11 at a timing. A control means 38 is arranged in a state to be connected to the heaters 35 and a temperature humidity sensor 39 for detecting an ambient temperature humidity state is arranged in a state to be connected to the control means 38. Based on the detected result of the temperature/humidity sensor 39, the temperatures of the heaters 35 are controlled. The register rollers 22 are heated by means of the respective heaters 35 and the feed paper sheet S is heated and dried according to a temperature/humidity state before its use.</p> |
