PURPOSE:To enable time data to be easily and accurately inputted to a display device. CONSTITUTION:In a touch panel display device with a transparent touch panel switch 2 on a display screen 1a, the dial 3 of an analogue clock is displayed on the screen 1a, and the point of the dial 3 corresponding to a time to be entered is touched, thereby enabling the time to be inputted to the display device. According to this construction, reliance on character recognition accuracy as required for handwriting input is not needed, and time data can be easily and accurately entered. |
