POLYESTER COPOLYMER FIBER WITH HIGH SHRINKING PROPERTY

摘要

The polyester fiber is manufactured by condensation-polymerizing the terephthalic acid whose acidic component is more than 80 mol% and the ethylene glycol which contains 1-10 mol% of the compound that is shown in formula (I); (where m, n are 1, or 2 and same or different). The polyester fiber has the shrinkage rate in hot water of 100 deg.C above 8 %, the shrinkage rate in dry air of 170 deg.C after hot-water shrinking 2-10 %, and the initial shrinkage temperature 80-100 deg.C.
