<p>Process for transferring, to a data restoring or managing device (20), data representing the temperature measured in at least one location by a probe (10). Said probe (10) is fitted with at least one temperature sensor (11) and one radiofrequency transmitter (14) while said restoring device (20) is fitted with one radiofreqency receiver (21). Each probe (10) periodically makes one temperature value measurement and temporarily stores this value, in data form, in a memory (16) of the probe (10). At the request of the user, the probe transmits to the receiver (21) of the restoring device (20) a data block consisting of a number of said measurement data stored in memory (16).</p> |
