<p>A device for accurate axial adjustment of a workpiece in a chuck, comprising at least two jaws, radially adjustable for holding the workpiece is described. The device is characterized, firstly, in that it consists of one body, limited by a first (1) and a second (2) plane surface, which surfaces are parallel, in the distance h from each other. The body is provided with recesses (3) at least for the radial movements of said jaws. The recesses enable the fit-up of the body with the first surface (1) against the axial limiting surface of the chuck. The other surface (2) defines the axial position of the workpiece in the chuck.</p> |
