<p>A patterned glaze composition is provided without the steps of stamping or forming a metal mold to mirror the desired pattern. An at least partially cured fusible enameling composition (2) is coated onto a metal mold (1) and is patterned by the removal of material therefrom. The patterned enameling composition (2) is refired, an uncured glaze composition (4) is applied onto it, and the glaze composition (4) is cured. The cured glaze composition (4) and enameling composition (2) are then separated from each other to provide a glaze composition (4) having the desired pattern (3).</p> |
