The control circuit controls additional apparatus such as window or mirror heater and is easily integrated to a hibrid IC. The control circuit includes a sensor unit (10) for detecting abnormal state of a car, a micro-computer (20) for generating control signal of additional apparatus, a switch (30) for switching supply voltage of an abnormal state display according to control signal generated by the micro-computer (20), an over-voltage protector (60) for cutting overvoltage supplied from an additional apparatus selection unit (50), and an additional apparatus drive unit (90) for driving additional apparatus according to drive signals generated by the microcomputer (20).
