PURPOSE:To eliminate the stale smell and too ripe smell from refined sake (R), by removing sulfur and phosphorus components selectively from R. CONSTITUTION:Refined sake is passed through the layers of the sea sand 1, molecular sieve 5A 2, cation exchange resin 3, zeolite 4, silica gel 5, anion exchange resin 6, celite 7, alumina 8, and active carbon 9. Nitrogen or argon is then blown from the inlet 17 through the glass tube 16 into the filtered sake 14. |
