The home appliances connected to the power adaptor is tuned on or off randomly when outgoing mode is set. The method comprises the functions of: (A) turning on or off a relay and a first display according to power on/off signal; (B) setting and resetting out going state flag according to outgoing key input; (C) controlling a relay and a first display according to control signal transmitted from a controller; (D) sending on/off state of a relay to a controller when no control signal is received; and (E) turning on or off home appliance randomly according to state of outgoing state flag.
