<p>A sample bottle comprises a main sample bottle body (1) having a first upper chamber (2) adjacent to a second lower chamber (3), which chamber is separated via a partition (19) which is removable at the central recess (20). By means of the present invention it is possible to carry out controlled collection of a representative sample of fluid to enable further physical or chemical analysis of the fluids. The invention is particularly applicable to the collection of high pressure oils/gas samples from the oil producing installation.</p> |
