The device consists of a holder, positioned on the surface (1) of the boat. The holder has an insertion aperture (10) for a holder element (11). Both holder and element have friction and/or locking elements (13,14), which are for positive connection. The holder is formed as a pocket (3), which is at least partly set into the surface of the boat. The pocket is cup- shaped, and the part (12) of the holder element projecting into it, is bolt-shaped. The pocket has an external thread (8), for fastening. The aperture in the boat accommodating it, has a circumferential stop shoulder (7). ADVANTAGE - Simple and secure fastening, can be operated with one hand only, does not cause injuries.
