With respect to phase-locking revolution body, position signals of motor revolving are compared with reference signals. The comparison result signals are outputted for error signals. The output signals are controlled for motor drive with a phase-lock. The average of error output from phase-comparator is controlled for motor. The speed-up of the phase-lock is very important problem in the revolving body. The device comprises a revolution detector, an amplifier, a reference signal generator, a phase comparator, a phse compensator, an operational amplifier, and a drive amplifier. This phase-controlled device has fast lock-in-time.
