A container box having an open top and narrowing down in tapering to an open bottom is mounted on a mount frame having side frames to be mounted on respective wheels. The open bottom is plugged by a cylinder provided with a number of holes and having a square section bar through the cylinder to be rotatably mounted on the side frames by bearings. The outer ends of the bar have respective wheels to frictionally engage with the support wheels on the ground. The box also has a fertilizer guide plate shaped to fit with the bottom cylinder. As the box on the wheels is detachably attached to a tractor with connecting rods and advance following the tractor, fertilizer in the box drops through the holes in the cylinder to be guided out on the guide plate to the ground.
