PURPOSE:To enable the title little loss oxide magnetic material to be manufactured by a method wherein the main component material powder with sub- components added thereto is previously wet-blended and then the whole main component material powder together with the remaining main component is dry-blended for granulation to be evenly blended with one another. CONSTITUTION:The title little loss oxide magnetic material contains 30-40mol% of manganese oxide MnO and 5-15mol% of zinc oxide ZnO as the main component in addition to ferrite oxide Fe2O3 as the remaining main component as well as infinitesimal calcium oxide CsO and silicon dioxide SiO2 as the sub- components. Next, the main components are previously wet-blended with each other when the sub-components are added thereto and then the whole main component material together with the remaining main component material are dry-blended to be granulated. Through these procedures, the processed amount in the drying step can be minimized down to 5% thereby enabling the manufacturing cost to be notably cut down. |
