PURPOSE:To manufacture the Mn-Zn ferrite having excellent magnetic characteristics by controlling the ion balance in a ferrite to the optimum. CONSTITUTION:The title little power loss oxide magnetic material contains 50-56mol% of Fe2O3, 0.25-40mol% of MnO 5-20mol% of ZnO as the main component and at most 2 mol% of oxides of Ti, Li, Mg, Co, Ge, Sn, Al as the additive as well as Mn-Zn ferrite represented by the following formula wherein gamma=3-10X10<-3> so as to manufacture said material i.e. Zn<2>+aMn<3+>bMn<2+>cFe<2+>dFe<3+>eVcfO<2->4+gammao where a+b+c+d+e+f=3+3gamma/4 while Vc represents a vacancy. |
