PURPOSE:To prevent a 1st, a 2nd, and a 3rd holder which constitute the light guide type component from forming gaps at their superposition parts or shifting in relative position. CONSTITUTION:The 1st holder 4 which transmits a light beam by an optical fiber 7 for irradiation, the 2nd holder 5 which repeats the light beam by a light guide, and the 3rd holder 6 which photodetects the light beam by the optical fiber 7A are connected, one over another, longitudinally and successively and the superposition surfaces of the respective superposition parts are set horizontally opposite the top surface of an optical system surface plate 9. Further, an arm 15 which grips the 3rd holder 6 at the highest position is lowered to make a pressing force operate strongly and vertically on the superposition surfaces of the superposition parts. |
