PURPOSE:To suppress a current at the time of turning ON a power source and to suppress a DC voltage of an inverter by using a chopper diode as a thyristor, providing a series circuit of a diode and a resistor in parallel with the thyristor, turning OFF the thyristor at the time of turning ON the power source, and igniting the thyristor when a DC voltage reaches a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A charging current flows to a capacitor 6 through a resistor 11 and a diode 12 at the time of turning ON a power source. When a DC voltage reaches a predetermined value set by a setter 131 of an igniter 13, a thyristor 10 is turned ON by an output of a comparator 132 through an amplifier 133. Thus, when an inverter 7 is operated, the capacitor 6 is so controlled to be boosted by a chopper 9 through a reactor 3, a transistor 4 and the thyristor 10 that a voltage across the capacitor 6 becomes a set value set by a setter 91. Accordingly, a DC voltage of an inverter can be always suppressed to a constant by including the time of turning ON the power source. |
