PURPOSE:To improve operability by constituting the document generating device so that a full size ruled line and a half size ruled line can be synthesized, at the time of executing a ruled line input control processing of the document generating device which can input both the ruled lines. CONSTITUTION:When a ruled line input is received, a main control part 6 of a document generating device 1 refers to a display information part 2 in which character information which is being displayed by a display part 20 is stored. In the case a ruled line whose display size is different exists in a position to which a ruled line is inputted, a ruled line connection correcting part 5 refers to a ruled line conversion table 4 and converts ruled line size in the display information part 2, and synthesizes an input ruled line and a ruled line whose size is converted, while referring to a ruled line synthesis table 3. Thereafter, a synthesized ruled line is displayed on the display part 20 through a display control part 7. |
