PURPOSE:To easily input character data as a character with attribute by attaching character attribute stored corresponding to inputted character data when the character data is inputted. CONSTITUTION:When a character string (there are CCITT and BELL systems as a communication system, however. the CCITT system is employed in this device) is inputted, the character attribute corresponding to a HIRAGANA and an alphanumic character is stored in a storage means(register group) R by designating an em to a HIRAGANA(cursive form of Japanese syllabary) by a character attribute designation means(key input part) 2 in advance, and designating an en to an alphanumeric character. In such a case, when the character string is inputted, the character attribute of em is attached on the HIRAGAHA and the character of em is inputted, and also, the character attribute of en is attached on the alphanumeric character and the character of en is inputted. The character attribute designation means 2 includes em and double keys 2c1, 2c2, etc., which designate the character attribute of character size, an underline, and netting, etc., at every character specification. |
