<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a crystal oscillator device which suppresses unnecessary current consumption when the source voltage is high and is usable for softwares operating over the large range of source voltages as to the crystal oscillator circuit of low power consumption used specially for a timepiece, etc. CONSTITUTION:The crystal oscillator circuit is constituted by having >=2 CMOS inverter circuits 10 and 20 which have a P channel MOS transistor(TR) and an N channel MOS TR and also have their inputs connected to a common input terminal and their outputs connected to a common output terminal, and a feedback resistor 3 and a crystal oscillator 2 connected independently between the input and output terminals; and 2nd and succeeding CMOS inverter circuit 20 are equipped with P channel MOS TRs 2111 on the positive power source side and N channel MOS TRs 212 on the negative power source side, and brought in switching control with an external signal HVS.</p> |
