CONSTITUTION:A plurality of slits 13a to 13d are formed on a rotating plate 13, while an angle theta between slits is changed, nozzles 5a to 5d of a loading head 4 are provided corresponding to the positions of these slits 13a to 13d and a controller for which an angle theta between slits is registered previously is also provided. |
