摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the stirring member projectingly provided with sheet-like stirring vanes from a shaft part which is a thick part as an integral injection molding free from sink marks and warpage. CONSTITUTION:While a hollow part 14 is formed in the molten resin in a 1st cavity part 16a by injecting the molten resin 11 into the mold cavity 16 consisting of the 1st cavity part 16a corresponding to the shaft part and a 2nd cavity part 16b corresponding to the stirring vanes, the molten resin 11 is filled in the 2nd cavity part 16b, by which the stirring member integrated with the shaft part and the sheet-like stirring vane is formed.
