PURPOSE:To pack a large number of suture needles in a state arranged on a base plate by a method wherein the operating suture needles arranged so as to be inserted in the bottomed grooves of a suture needle arranging plate are fixed to the base plate by an adhesive member in such a state that the base plate superposed on the arranging plate is turned downwardly. CONSTITUTION:Respective suture needles A are inserted in the respective bottomed grooves 3 having the shapes coinciding with those of the needles A of an arranging plate and a base plate 1 is superposed on the arranging plate 2 from above. Thereafter, the base plate 1 and the arranging plate 2 are reversed in the superposed state so that the base plate is turned downwardly. With the reversal of both plates, the suture needles A in the bottomed grooves 3 are arranged on the base plate 1 while the arrangement state thereof is kept. Subsequently, the heat-metable tape like adhesive member 5 freely inserted in the slot 4 of the arranging plate 2 is inserted from the slots 3 toward the suture needles A to be superposed on the respective suture needles A and subsequently pressed to the base plate at the gaps between the suture needles A by a heating means 6 under heating to be fused and fixed to the base plate 1. |
