PURPOSE:To obtain the titled disk wherein no influences by strain and flatness, etc. of the external circumference occur on a picture by a method wherein a case (die) is made larger in size than the final external diameter, a non-recording part is provided on the external circumference part, molded and them trimmed in the form of a desired external shape. CONSTITUTION:Molding material sufficient for one disk extruded from a nozzle 5 of an extruder 1 is supplied to premolding division cake cups 8A, 8B and a cake obtained is supplied to a press machine 29 to mold a desired disk. A circular stamper is arranged on a lower die 43 in the press machine in order to provide picture information and the like. The die is made larger in size than the final external diameter. After the cake is supplied onto the heated die and pressed, a disk obtained by cooling the inner part of the die is trimmed with a cutter edge which rises slowly in a trimming mechanism and stamped with the hot stamp part for the purpose of discriminating the face and the back. |
