The F/V transformer realizes a constant velocity maintenance of motor and a high accuracy of the velocity control for input signal having extended frequency band usable in low frequency band. The transformer comprises an input section (10) inverting the receiving input signal from encoder detecting the circulation of motor, a delay sect. (20) delaying gate by integrating inverting input signal from input sect. (10), a sawtooth signal generating sect. (30) generating the sawtooth signal for reference voltage, a sampling circuit (40) generating sampling impulse and a sampling hold circuit (50) memorying the voltage from the sawtooth generating sect. (30).
