<p>PURPOSE:To permit the proper output even through the battery voltage is detected at a high temperature by providing a means of short-circuiting a circuit connected to the positive pole of the battery and a one connected to the negative pole without the battery mounted. CONSTITUTION:In the power supply circuit of a memory 16, a diode OR circuit consists of a connector 20 and a circuit from a backup battery. A battery positive terminal 24 and a battery load terminal 25 are connected to a positive circuit and to a negative circuit and fixed to a frame 26 of the memory card. When a battery 27 is not mounted, the terminals 24 and 25 contact with each other by spring and the circuit between the positive pole 17 and the negative pole 18 of the battery 27 is short-circuited. Accordingly, the leakage current of the reverse-current stopping diode 19 will not operate a battery voltage detection circuit 21 as the negative pole 18 is grounded even though at the high temperature.</p> |
