PURPOSE:To easily identify an addressee, sender, the order of circulating circular documents, and enterer of comments added to the circular documents by displaying symbols corresponding to the sender and addressee of the electronic mail and selectively specifying it. CONSTITUTION:The symbol, photograph of the face, and portrait for each user is registered in a user register list 21 stored in a built-in storage device 2 of a host work station 1. They are displayed on the window specifying the destination of the interactive screen of a display device 5 connected with a work station 3 of the terminal and the window displaying the list of receiving mail sender. An addressee, circular destination or receiving mail to be referred to is specified by the selective direction of a pointing device such as mouse or the like. The symbols corresponding to a comment enterer is displayed as an icon for comment reference at the position with the comment in the circular document added. |
