The velocity control system controls the velocity of brushless motor by frequency difference and phase difference. The system comprises a frequency generater composed of condensor (C3,C4), resistor (R10-R12) and amplifier (A3), and an oscillator (6) generating reference frequency, a phase comparator (1a), frequency controller (1b), and phase controller (1c) outputting a phase difference signal (IF) and frequency difference signal (IP) by comparing the frequency signal outputting of oscillator (6) and frequency generater (15) with the reference frequency of oscillator (6).
