The prefabricated "manhole for pipes under roads" according to the invention consists of several assembled transverse modular elements (1) of predetermined length. The manhole comprises both the access and control structures with a length equal to the depth of burying of the upper generatrix of the modular elements with respect to the roadway, and the branches for passing cables and ducts intended to carry electric current, information and liquids from inside the cylindrical modular elements to the outside and the structures for joining the separate elements.
