PURPOSE:To easily construct the device with high accuracy by providing a signal filter between neural network in preceding and following steps so as to hourly store the output of the neural network in the preceding step and to output it to the neural network in the following step while considering preceding information. CONSTITUTION:A neural network 1 in the preceding step is provided to execute a preprocessing, identifies a pattern from information contained in one part of pattern information by inputting it and executes rough inference. A signal filter 2 interposed between the neural networks in the preceding and following steps monitors and stores the inputted information at one part of the pattern to the neural network 1 in the preceding step. Namely, how to judge in the preceding step neural network 1 to execute identification only with the impressed information is arranged and stored with the passage of time, and the state of changing the pattern with the passage of time is inputted to a neural network 3 in the following step. The following step neural network 3 judges pattern identification from the information concerning the preceding state of the inputted pattern. |
